What is your returns policy?
You can return your Curl Code purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The easiest way to do so is to email us at contact.curlcode@gmail.com and when doing so please include your name, order number, email address so we can locate your order and advise you of how to return your item to us and process any applicable refunds.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, to be eligible for a return your purchase(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Upon return, all items are inspected by our team before your refund is processed.
Only full priced items may be refunded (this does not include items bought with a discount code) unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note we are unable to cover the cost of your return or provide a free returns label. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
We would recommend that if returning an item to us, to use a trackable delivery service to ensure that we receive it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.
How do I find out the status of my order?
Once an order has been placed, you should receive an email confirming your order, followed by a delivery confirmation email which will contain your tracking number. Please check your inbox and junk mail.
If you still cannot find any info on your order, please contact us at contact.curlcode@gmail.com and we shall assist you.
The tracking says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it
Please note that if using our tracked delivery service, if the tracking confirms that the item has been delivered, please contact the delivery company directly to investigate this issue. We will try to assist in any way we can, however we cannot be held responsible for such instances.
